Drager X-plore 7500 Powered Air-Purifying Respirators

The Drager provides reliable protection, comfort, and safety for a wide range of industrial applications where hazardous gases, vapours, and particles are present, from welding and grinding to use in the chemical or agricultural industries.

Versatile combination options

An extensive program of Drager X-plore helmets, hoods and visors, and half- and full-face masks are available for the most varied applications. The powered air purifying respirator has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 12942 or EN 12941.

Clear multifunctional control panel

The clear multifunctional control panel constantly monitors the battery status and filter exhaustion. The airflow can also be adjusted via the multifunctional control panel. Thus, everything is always under control at the press of a button.

High level of wearing comfort

The airflow strength can be adjusted to the individual requirements and freely adjusted to the respective application for helmets, hoods and visors or masks.

Acoustic and visual warning devices

Whether the service life of filters or the battery has been reached, the resistance is increasing, or the airflow is reducing, any potentially dangerous situation is indicated by a conspicuous flashing of the display and a vivid warning sound.

Powerful NiMH battery

The environmentally friendly NiMH grants the greatest possible moveability and independence with an operating time of six to ten hours. The NiMH can be charged separately or whilst installed.

Use of standard Drager X-plore Rd40 filters

All the filters usable in this device can also be used in pure mask/filter combinations. A single filter series thus covers the requirements of two applications, and no additional filters need to be kept in stock.
