The Contour 300 is for single-cylinder use, and the Contour 500 accommodates two cylinders.
Both models have airline attachment versions, CEN rescue, second mask attachment or decontamination attachment versions. Open circuit and are CE Marked to EN137:2006 Class I.
Contour 300
Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is suitable for industrial or professional fire fighting. Made from flame-resistant 50% Kevlar blend materials and features a half-lumbar pad. The set includes an anti-static light composite backplate. The harness is fully padded and can be altered to fit precisely. Also supplied is the Tempest positive pressure lung demand valve, shoulder located pressure indicator with warning whistle and 200/300 bar cylinder connector. For use with the Vision 3 or Promask facemasks.
Compatible with Sabre cylinders from 4.7 to 11.0 litres capacity, Steel or lighter Carbon Composite. Choices include an Airline option with CEN, Foster and Hansen couplings, Decontamination CEN attachment, or a Second mask plugin.
Contour 500
For professional firefighters. This set can be fitted with two cylinders simultaneously, making it usable for extended durations. Includes dual anti-static DUO composite backplate with a fully adjustable and padded harness. For dual-cylinder use, carbon cylinders need to be ordered with a twin-cylinder manifold to allow the connection.
