Carbolite Gero PF200 Laboratory Oven, volume 230 litres capacity.
The PF 200 is a bench-mounted oven with a maximum temperature of 300°C. It features fan convection, which assists in rapid heating, recovery, and heat dispensing around the chamber, enhancing uniformity. The minimum operating temperature is ambient plus 30°C.
The chamber is manufactured from chemically resistant stainless steel and measures 750 x 590 x 520 mm in height, width, and depth. Heat-up time is 42 minutes, and air changes per hour are 6. An air exhaust fan can be added to increase air changes when high fume volumes are present, requiring extraction from the chamber. The fan can be switched off when not in use.
The maximum oven power is 2700 watts. Two nickel-chrome plate shelves are supplied, with an option for thirteen more. The controller included is an R38 digital PID. This can be upgraded to an 8—or 20-segment programmable model with storage and output options. You can also choose the C-T1 touchscreen controller, which has 24 segments of programmable capability and can be configured to control relays.
