The 8533EP DustTrak DRX is equipped with an external pump module designed to handle the rigours of continuous 24-hour a-day, seven-days-a-week monitoring applications such as construction sites, fugitive emissions monitoring at environmental sites and other outdoor applications.

A multi-channel, battery-operated, data-logging, light-scattering laser photometer provides real-time aerosol mass readings and collects a gravimetric sample. Simultaneously measures both mass and size fraction. It uses a sheath air system that isolates the aerosol in the optics chamber to keep the optics clean for improved reliability and low maintenance.
