The Single Gas Clip Plus is a detector for Hydrogen Sulfide; if placed in hibernate mode when not in use, a three-year run time is possible. The SGC-P-C model for Carbon Monoxide is now obsolete; for an alternative, click here.
Only authorised personnel can place the detectors in “hibernate” mode. This mode can only be enabled via IR communication with the IR Link or SGC Dock. You can spread two years of use over three years by hibernating the detector when not needed. Perfect for seasonal/turnaround contractors or rental fleets. When your job or turnaround is finished, put the SGC-P-H in a rested state. When ready to use the detector again, press the power button to reactivate.
