Oldham OLCT 100 & OLC 100 Gas Detectors

The OLCT 100 has a 4-20mA output and can detect explosive, toxic gases and oxygen. The OLC 100 gas detector uses a Wheatstone bridge mV output and detects combustible gases only.

Choose catalytic, electrochemical, semiconductor, or infrared sensors.

The series is very safe; for example, the combustible version’s probability of Failure on Demand (PFD) is 1 out of 418 for the catalytic version and 1 out of 2857 for the infrared version.

Stainless steel housing (optional) is corrosion-resistant and ideal for harsh environments such as marine, wastewater treatment plants, and food processing. The stainless steel intrinsically safe version is certified for use in zones 0 (gas) and 20 (dust), whereas all other versions of the OLCT 100 are approved for use in zones 1 (gas) and 21 (dust).

Versions

• OLCT 100 XP: Explosion-proof version equipped with a catalytic, electrochemical or semiconductor sensor to detect explosive, toxic gases or oxygen.
• OLCT 100 IS: Intrinsically safe version and equipped with an electrochemical sensor to detect toxic gases or oxygen.
• OLCT 100 XP IR: Explosion-proof version equipped with an infrared sensor for detecting CO2, SF6 and some freons.
• OLCT 100 XP HT: High-temperature explosion-proof version for detecting explosive gases up to 200°C. High-temperature cable included 5, 10, & 15-metre lengths.
