MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock

The Gas Clip Technologies MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock is an all-in-one, stand-alone docking station designed for maximum testing efficiency and portability. Reduces the testing time and gas usage. Each dock comes standard with four bays; gas is sold separately.

It can be optionally housed in a rugged case for portability or a wall-mountable metal enclosure. Logs are stored on a USB flash drive which can easily be transferred to a computer for analysis.

Detector Configuration/Firmware Updates: To keep your fleet of gas detectors compliant with specific settings, we allow the MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock to program each detector during bump testing or calibration. The programmable fields are as follows: User ID, Calibration Interval, Bump Interval, Self-Test Interval, Low Alarm, High Alarm, Show Sensor Readings, Hide Bump Due LED and Hide Clock. Facility safety standard compliance for single gas detectors is now easily achievable. For example, if your company or facility requires each detector on site to have specific alarm set points and a bump test interval, instead of programming each detector individually, the instruments can be group programmed while simultaneously bump testing (4 detectors at a time per Multi Gas Clip Dock) using our GCT Manager software. As firmware updates become available, we can program each MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock to update detectors during bump testing and calibration.

Event Data and Record Storage: In addition to performing tests, detector configurations and firmware updates, the MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock also stores important information about the docking station and the detectors tested. All tests performed on the docking station can be accessed from either the USB directly or using the GCT Manager software. Each bump test and calibration event is recorded and logged by date, time and serial number. Along with the test records, the individual event logs from each detector are saved. The detector transmits its’ event log to the memory at the test time. By default, the station will save the previous ten event logs.

MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock Wall Mount: Gas Clip Technologies offers a wall mount solution for our MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock. Instead of being housed in a case, we provide a slim cabinet type case that can be easily mounted on a wall or set on a flat surface, perfect for facilities or office environments.

Gas Clip Technologies GCT Manager software allows users to communicate and program the MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock or MGC Multi Gas Clip Dock Wall Mount via GCT IR Link or USB memory stick. Following is a complete list of programmable features:
