Honeywell Touchpoint Plus Controller is designed for a small scale gas detection system. Supplied with eight channels which can be increased to sixteen with the addition of the Touchpoint Plus Expansion Unit. A wireless version with inbuilt modem links MeshGuard toxic and flammable gas monitors automatically.
The LCD screen supplied is touchscreen seven inch in size with graphic user multilingual interface. The display is easy to interpret minimising training requirements, featuring a traffic light status indication, for each channel and master—Green: Normal; Yellow: Fault: Inhibit; Red: Alarm. Real-time data is displayed, and past data can be downloaded.
Configurable according to application accepting inputs from 2 or 3 wire mA or mV inputs. Choose two, four or eight of either one. Or a combination of two mA and two mV or four mA and four mV. Output options include 12 or 24 programmable relays and 4 or 8 repeated mA.
For integration into a building management system or advanced controller, an optional Modbus HTTP output TCP/IP or RS 485 RTU option is available. The Honeywell Touchpoint Plus is designed to be compatible with the entire range of Honeywell Analytics gas detectors. Triggering alarms and actuators in the event of a hazard.
The unit can be directly wall-mounted, or an optional mounting bracket is available for one-person install—controller size 426 mm × 300 mm × 156 mm, weight 8.5 kg. Housing is made from robust polymer plastic, suitable for use indoors or outside, water and dustproof. For cable insert, ports are pre-drilled and sealed, the front opens on hinges, inside a tiered terminal system with room for wiring provides easy installation.

Wireless models
Touchpoint Plus Wireless is a wall mounted control system with a simple configuration, that supports up to 64 wireless channels and has an option of eight analogue 4-20 mA inputs for combination of traditional wired products and wireless products. It accepts inputs from two or three‐ wire mA field devices. A comprehensive set of outputs are standard including common alarms. The full colour traffic light style status indication provides clarity from a distance.
