The GMI GT Series is a multi-functional gas analyser range; each detector can be used for several different applications, eliminating the need for separate instruments for other tasks. Built to be durable and easy to use.
Seven functions are possible:
- Leak test
- Confined space entry
- Barhole testing
- Carbon monoxide
- Purge
- Sniffer
- Pressure leak tightness
The Integral pump draws the sample in and includes a pressure sensor for gas flow detection. A hydrophobic filter protects the sampling system. Toxic gases are detected by electrochemical cells. Three sensor types detect methane: Semiconductor for ppm range, Catalytic Bead, 0-100% LEL and volume measurement by a Thermal Conductivity sensor.
