The Drager X-plore 2100 is a reusable mask an alternative to disposable dust masks, offering excellent respiratory protection and a more sustainable option. Suited for users frequently entering dusty environments, protecting against solid and liquid particles, for various work applications: sawing, woodworking, mould removal, decoration and DIY. Designed to be comfortable and cost-effective, kit versions are available supplied with five P3 filters.
The mask has a good fit with leakage rates falling lower than the alternative disposable dust masks (FFPs). Available filters have protection levels FMP2 and FMP3 with high filtration efficiency properties, and due to a large surface area low breathing resistance, extending lifetime—certified quality CE (EN 1827).
The foldable half-mask combines an anti-slip head strap, flexible textile straps on the side and a comfortable mask body which allows comfortable working conditions, even during long shifts.
Thanks to an efficient exhalation valve, the exhaled air is quickly evacuated. The filters ensure high protection against particles of all kinds.
Two choices of material for the mask EPDM, or comfort-added Silicone available in two sizes ideal for sensitive skin. The mask can be easily disassembled and reassembled, providing hassle-free cleaning. Filters are low cost.
The X-plore 2100 is used in mining, metal, timber and chemicals, renovation and demolition work, agriculture, and construction.
