Drager PIR 7200
The PIR 7200 is an ambient fixed gas detector for the detection of CO2. Suitable for hazardous areas deployment. Standard measuring range Carbon dioxide (CO2) 0 to 10 % vol. The user can configure the range 0 to 2,000 ppm … 30 % vol.
The unit features a standard 4-20mA analogue output, the beam block 2 mA, maintenance 3 mA and fault 1.2 mA or under , all configurable. A digital HART output is also provided.
Made from Stainless steel SS 316 L, featuring dust and particle compensating technology to avoiding reading interference makes it ideal for tough environment applications. Operating temperature -40 to +-77 °C / -40 to +170 °F.
Electrical supply 13 to 30 V DC, 3-wire.
Customer can choose the response time of the detector fast response under 1 second or normal response under 4 second.
Designed to be long lasting typically over 15 years the IR sensor requires little maintenance, is poison immune, offers drift free output and no false alarms.
Mounting options are available including a duct mounting kit and an Ex e junction box. Further options include splash guards for particle protection and insect guards.
