Versatile toxic and oxygen gas detector with LCD display and non-intrusive calibration. Available for detecting a wide range of gases, the Crowcon TXgard-IS+ is Intrinsically Safe, ATEX and IECEx certified for use in Zone 0, 1 or 2 hazardous areas, and UL and cUL certified for use in Division 1 or 2 hazardous areas.
The TXgard-IS+ uses an electrochemical sensor within a re-usable bayonet housing. Supplied with carbon loaded nylon junction box, which contains the amplifier/transmitter to provide a 2-wire 4 to 20mA output (M20 cable gland entry). The LCD has a 2 x 16 character display with menu functions accessed via a keypad.
