Carbolite GP general-purpose industrial ovens all have a maximum temperature of 300°C and a 430-grade ferritic stainless steel internal case. They are durably built to withstand a production environment, with robust external steel construction and zinc-coated mild steel panels.
The ovens are available with a single vertical door and vertical airflow (A models) or horizontal double doors and horizontal airflow (B models). A package option allows additional weight loading from 150-225kg and individual shelf loading of 50-75kg, dependent on model size.
All GP ovens have mineral-insulated metal-sheathed heating elements and low-thermal-mass insulation. Chamber ventilation can be adjusted. The standard controller supplied is a PID 301, allowing one ramp and process timing, which can be upgraded to multiple ramping.
