The BW MicroDock II Docking Station by Honeywell, is a portable automated system for bump testing, calibration, configuration and retrieving data from gas monitors. Compatible with the following BW Technologies gas detectors: GasAlertMicro 5 Series, GasAlertQuattro, BW Max XT, BW MicroClip series and the GasAlert Extreme.
MicroDock II is a standalone system, a computer is not needed for operation. The system can run up to six modules independently using one base station with one AC outlet. Extra docking modules are added by plug-in connections, external gas feeds or pressure transducers are not required.
Calibrations and bump tests are time and date stamped. Recorded on data logging detectors and on the BW MicroDock II docking station itself, incorporating a 128 MB multimedia card data storage system. Multiple systems can be connected by LAN and Fleet Manager II software is included for organising data, producing graphs and reporting. Calibration receipts can be printed.

A complete MicroDock II has one base station and a minimum of one docking module. Standard bases have two gas inlets (fresh air, & gas), some configurations of the GasAlertMicro 5 series require three gas inlets. Each gas cylinder added to the system requires one demand flow regulator. Systems with one or more charging modules will require one additional charging power supply.
