The BW Gas Alert Micro Clip X3 Gas Detector can detect Flammable, Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen Sulphide. With three, two or single gas models available. Life expectancy is five years, with a new O2 sensor not needing replacement, reducing maintenance and overall cost of ownership. IP68 ingress protection allows deployment in extreme environments, protecting against dust and water. The detector can be submerged for 45 minutes at a depth of 1.2 metres.
With a single-button operation aided with icons, it is easy to use. Real-time gas concentrations are displayed on the LCD; combustible gas can be viewed in LEL or % volume. An IntelliFlash gives visual compliance producing a green flashing light; the frequency can be operator adjusted. An audible beep can be initiated when in use. Settings can be programmed to force user calibration or bump tests. Auto zeroing can be set to run on startup, along with custom messages displayed.
