3M Scott Safety ProPak-F-EZ-FLO Type 2 open-circuit, self-contained, compressed air breathing apparatus. The light rigid backplate is made from glass- and carbon-filled nylon composite. The reflective harness is adjustable and comprises Kevlar and Pyrogard blend webbing and Proban flame-retardant padding, and is supplied complete with a cylinder band.
The first-breath activation two-stage pneumatic system features an EZ-Flo positive-pressure demand valve with bypass for low-resistance breathing, a shoulder-mounted Bourdon tube-type dial pressure indicator, a 55 bar warning whistle, and a nickel-plated brass pressure-reducing valve with a 200/300 bar cylinder connector. Use with AV3000HT face mask; order separately.
The set is suitable for single-cylinder use, and models are available with Airline, Split Demand Valve, Quick Connect Option, or Duo variants for firefighting or IDLH deployment. CBRN versions are available with the same options suitable for Chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) environments.
