Protecting against inhalation of toxic gases, particles and vapours using an ABEK P3 filter. Both are industrial escape hoods from the Parat 4700 range, designed for up to 15-minutes duration. The Parat 4720 comes with a soft case, and the Parat 4730 with a hard case.
Opening the packing automatically removes the filter insert enabling immediate use. The internal harness requires no fitting adjustment. The hood provides respiratory and eye protection and is highly visible (Signal colour). With wide vision and is coated to prevent misting or fogging.
Options for wearing include a belt or clipping onto clothing. The soft pack version is dust resistant, and the hard case version can be fixed to a wall for storage and is moisture resistant (IP54). Supplied in a robust pack (dust protection to IP5) with a window to check expiration date & device condition.
Filters last for eight years; replacing the filter extends the life providing an additional eight years of use, providing low long term costs of ownership.
