Carbolite Gero TF1, TF3 Tube Furnaces, maximum temperature 1600°C
TF tube furnaces achieve exceptional performance with low power consumption and low case temperature, thanks to the use of high-quality heating elements and a well-designed thermal insulation. A maximum temperature of 1600 °C is available.
The TF1 is a single-zone furnace, and the TF3 is a three-zone furnace, which further extends the uniform heated length.
The use of an accessory slide-in work tube protects the heating element and is required to support the workpiece.
3-zone TF3 furnaces offer excellent temperature uniformity, achieved by dividing the heated length into three zones with their own controllers and thermocouples. Should a vacuum or a modified atmosphere be required, it is necessary to use a slide-in work tube of adequate length needed to fit the end seals. In certain circumstances, a work tube with different physical or chemical properties may be required.
The benefit of this design is its flexibility; with the use of tube adapters, the same furnace can be used with a variety of tube diameters.
