The Honeywell IntelliDoX Docking Station is designed for bump testing, calibration and configuration. A detectors alarm setpoints can be adjusted, and reminders can be set for when a bump test is required. Data can be extracted from the gas detector using the supplied Fleet Manager software, providing analysis and reporting capabilities, ensuring compliance is adhered to. The docking station models are specific to which detector is being used. The IntelliDoX module is compatible with single gas detectors Solo and BW clip and the following multi-gas detectors: Ultra, Clip 4 and the MicroClip Series.
Capability can be increased with up to five docking modules chained together, operating independently, sharing power, network connection and calibration gas. Data bump tests, peak exposures, and others can be transferred to a network or computer by ethernet or USB. The IntelliDoX can also execute the following: show reading during alarm, activate non-compliance indicators, hibernate a detector, adjust time display and update the firmware.
The BW IntelliDoX Docking Module package includes a nest module for the detector, a single inlet key with endplate, integrated retractable stand with wall mount, quick reference guide, and fleet manager II software CD version 4 or higher. One Enabler Kit is required for each stand-alone IntelliDoX module or gang of up to 5 connected modules. Each Enabler kit contains a power adapter, power cord, ethernet cable, calibration gas tubing, quick connect fittings and exhaust tubing.
